Facebook Activity Feed: Privacy Setting?

That's why I like Instagram, the friend posting can see my comments or 'likes' on their post. but my other 100 friends don't get notified of my activity. It seems a little more personal and not as public to me.

Anyone who follows you can see your activity - under the activity (heart) menu swipe over to "Following" and it will list the recent activity of everyone you follow. Not quite as blatant as facebook but it's still there
