One of our sets of MB didn't ship either. We had started out with a 3 way stay. I got 2 of them but the 3rd got held up. I called and they released them but then I switched one of the resorts out and we are now just doing a 2 way stay.We had a MB snafu too...I have a split stay and realized my second set of Magic Bands hadn't shipped (I'm not sure I really understand if I need both sets?). I didn't see the second set or how to confirm shipping on them until I scoured my email.
I had them customized, but we changed the location of our second stay and the TA canceled out the res and made a new one, so I guess I had to redo the customization.

As for if you need them all, you don't technically. Any band registered to your account can access the data stored there. All bands are interchangeable. The only potential glitch, and the only reason I wanted all the sets, is sometimes the bands won't work on all hotel rooms, just the band for that resorts opens the door. They can fix them at the front desk so any band you have on you would work on that room but I'd rather not have to deal with that and figured I'd just bring them all.
