150 points need to be used by 7/30/18 @ $15/pp.
150 points good for rentals up to 7/30/19 @ $15/pp.
We can book currently at SSR into the end of Feb next year and up tp 7 months from today at all other reosrts.
I will try to respond promptly. We will except checks or Paypal (subject to 3% fee) as payment.
Send me your dates and I will let you know what is available at the time of request.
Confirmation # and contract will be provided before deposit is due.

Yes it is open. I cuurently have enough points to book for you the 22nd for departure on the 27th. You would have to find someone to book the rest for you or pay cash for the remaining nights.
Let me know if you want to book those nights. The total would be 88 points for 5 nights and the total stay is 198. But it is fully open and I am sure you can find someone too book the remainder.

I will check, the likely hood of availability in those resorts is low. For DVC owners that time of year is the least amount of points for rentals so a very popular time of year for rentals.
But I will definitely let you know shortly
