Has anyone stayed here recently? Is this a safe neighborhood? I know its farther away from DL, but just how far? Its address is 117777 Harbor Blvd., anyone know where this is exactly. It doesn't appear on the "aerial map" of DL on the beachcalifornia.com site. Any info on this hotel would be appreciated. I just got an email that they are offering rates as low as $85 per night for the whole year! TIA

It's near the Embassy Suites and the Hyatt Regency, just nort of Chapman. You'll be taking the shuttle.

It's a nice area...we stayed at the Embassy Suites (The Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Suites and the Hampton Inn are in the same parking lot along with Bucca di Beppo Italian restaurant). We found the shuttle to be quick & efficient (although we were there in the off season) and the area was very new and safe. We are going over Memorial Day weekend and staying at the ES again.
