We have used Mears many times in fact just 2 weeks ago. They are fine and certainly cost effective. Did she get a coupon with her reservation? They come with all WDW resort reservations. If yes then it is $25 per person round trip, if not it is $3 more. They go ANYWHERE, LOL! It will depend on the dispatcher at the time of her arrival as to her wait time. They try and coordinate as many people as they can going in the same general vicinity. It may be a 10 min wait, it could be 1/2hour. No reservations are needed. If she gets her luggage, crosses over behind to the elevators, goes down a floor and to the right (signs are there), she will see the Mears desk. She will pay there, get her ticket, and they will instruct her to head thru the glass doors behind where she will meet a dispatcher who will ask her where she is going to. We usually tip the driver each way since they will not be the same guy. She will also be instucted to call Mears the day before her return to schedule a pick-up. Some WDW resorts have a Mears phone with a direct line. If not, the resort operator can patch her right thru. Sometimes bell services either has that "Mears phone" or can put you right thru. Tell her to have a wonderful trip. And if she gets hungry for pizza, Tubbi's at the Dolphin has GREAT pizza. We had it twice 2 weeks ago. Tell her to find a friend, it big enough to share.
