Remy looks fantastic! We've done Palo brunch twice, but I think next time we're on the Dream/Fantasy, we may have to splurge and do Remy brunch instead!

The swag sounds cool. I love the ships when they are deserted, like early morning or late evening. I can't wait to do the Rainforest Room. Maybe I can convince DH to do it with me. That brunch looks fantastic! I am sitting here in our hotel room trying to convince DH that we need to do these

Enjoying our TR so far, only on Day 0! We have also stayed at the Hyatt MCO the day before our last two Disney Cruises, we love staying there! Your pics are really making me miss it, but off to read more!

I forgot to mention that my sister and I did try the Aquaduck water slide the first day, and it was really fun! It was easy to get in the tube at the top, although it was hard to get out of the tube when you reach the bottom, at least not elegantly. I kept laughing because my sister was screaming like a madwoman the whole way down. And of course we had to do it again!

First we all decided to go to the gym - even CS, who normally never goes to the gym, but hey she brought her sneakers and was ready to go! I

Impressive!

The dry sauna had a full glass pane in it so you could see the outside! I thought this was a genius idea.

The area heading straight as you're walking into the Rainforest Room is a separate door leading to the quiet area, with heated loungers and jacuzzis. These were amazing!

The one thing that I was most excited about was probably the item that I was disappointed in the most.

That's cool that they have digital photos for Shutters - I think there were only the books on the Dream when we went.

Wow, the brunch at Remy is quite different from Palo. But just as elegant (more so, I'd say). I had to laugh at your hashtags for the egg #yolkporn!! bwahaha Now I want to try deep frying an egg at home....

It's different because there is no buffet section and everything is served to you and you get a set meal, but a really delicious one!

Let me know how your deep fried egg goes! Am always curious for more eggporn.

And they give you a parting gift? Good service!!

It was wonderful service, but then again so is all of Disney!

Wowza! There are new food courses at Remy brunch! The Paris Brest dessert is the only repeat I see when compared to the last time we went to Remy brunch, but then again, I guess it WAS 3 years ago that we were last on the Fantasy, so good on them for changing it up periodically. Thank you for getting out a post on a Sunday - something told me to take a break from laundry and come see what was up on the DIS! Love your review - and I can't wait for the Moet Ice. Good stuff!

Thanks!! Yes I noticed that too when I first saw the menu that it was different than what I had seen in the past online, but all their menus sound great and this one was executed well!
Think we should all get a DIS-break from laundry! I have not yet finished unpacking!!

Haha thank you!! Yes, Disney Cruises are very special. Our first one was last year and now we're hooked! I don't think I can do it every year, but every 2 years sounds about right.

It was! The rainforest room became my go-to every day for some relaxation, a nap, and a scrub!
I didn't realize they had digital shutters before either, but it was pretty cool.
Remy was great about asking if you had any allergies or aversions, so they may substitute things in the menu

I loved the Oceaneer Club. Why can't there be an adult happy hour here...oh why!?!?

You can actually rent out the kids clubs for events if you have a large enough party. I don't know if you remember in my video where there were a bunch of us in our pajamas with Popsicle sticks in our teeth? That was taken at the kids club after midnight when it normally closes. The group hosing the cruise set up a private pajama party event for adults only where the cruise line brought in Professor Make-o-Mess to teach us how to make Flubber. It was a blast and the cast member doing it was hilarious! The event wasn't raunchy of course, but did have a lot of adult innuendo that would never be allowed with kids there. We had soo much fun that night!

Thank you!! That Rainforest Room really sold me on the newer ships. I hope they expand it on the 2 new ships that are coming.
We did have some movement on the oceans and it wasn't completely calm. It wasn't bad but there were moments where we felt, whoa...especially on our last night going back to port.

We were there on a group cruise with Lou Mongello of WDW Radio. He and Beci set it up as part of our cruise activities and we had about forty five of us in the kids club. I think the DIS does things like that as well for their cruises but i'm not sure.

We finished up our last day at Universal today. I had a massage this afternoon, and DH and DS checked in at CBR. Tomorrow is DHS and meeting up with yulilin3 from the SWW thread.

Sounds cool! We did have a Disboard meet but it was just Mixology. It was combined Disboard and Facebook group members, but I was only part of Disboards so I didn't know everyone. It was fun though!

Day 3 Part 3: A trip to Arendelle!​

After our Remy brunch it was almost time to meet CS for our trip to Arendelle, to meet Anna and Elsa! These were set time meet n greets and they can be picked up for Port Adventures when you board the ship. Animator's Palate was the backdrop for this meet n greet. We would be eating here later tonight so we'd be getting a sneak peek!

I met CS in the atrium and we got in a few pictures:

We headed over to AP for our meet n greet.​

When we arrived we showed the CMs our port adventures ticket with the time of our meet n greet and they let us in to sit in a waiting area they had set up. It was just seats they had lined up. They also had some crayons and paper for kids as well so they won't feel bored when waiting. We didn't really have to wait that long in any case. Probably 5 minutes until we were allowed to walk further into the restaurant to meet the princess and queen.​

The first thing that I noticed was how they made the restaurant suit the theme with the blue lighting, and the screens were showing wintery scenes of Arendelle.​

The ceiling had a starry night feel to it with twinkling stars. Pretty neat!​

Pretty soon we were meeting with Arendelle royalty! The sisters were cute and they always ask if me and Chunkysis are sisters. And when they find out I'm the oldest they ask about my ice powers. I told them no ice powers but I do have pretty amazing eating powers though, including everything chocolate!​

After our meet n greet we had some time before our Mixology so I went back up to our room to change out of my wedges and into some comfier flip flops. We looked at our Navigator and saw that Goofy was out on the balcony of Deck 4 in his formal gear! So we had to meet him too. DH decided to stay behind and we'll all meet up in Mixology which was to be held at Skyline later.​

CS and I went down to Deck 4 and got on line to see Goofy.
