a small tip for the rollercoasters

hi all.
are there a few of you out there who don't go on the big rides because it makes their tummy's feel a bit funny!
well a small tip

i used to hate them but followed this advice from a cast member at wdw

get on the ride relax as much as you can
then on the start of the ride take a really deep long breath
then as the coaster start off let your breath go out nice and slowly
by the time you are over that first big dip you are breathing normally and there's no funny tummy feeling

sounds nonsense , but it works!!!

Not tensing up and screaming works well for me, spent so many years holding my breath on the drops which always made me feel worse. I even scream on the drops on POTC just for effect.

Maybe I am weird but even though I love coasters I always get that little tummy drop and kinda like it:confused3
 
I'm not a great coaster person, but did it all over here.

And I actually find the tummy thing quite fun.

I quite enjoy the tummy feeling too!

I was strict with myself this trip as last time I was S scared on ToT that I was screaming in fear like a Banshee, so this time round I said to Jack I am going to do the whole thing with a huge smile on my face, adn try to laugh more than scream.

It worked great and I really enjoyed the ride more. :)

Doesn't stop me being nervous already for when we ride at WDW though!!
