I have been dealing with CeX, an electronics broker. You can sell items to them as well as buy from them. Recently I despatched over £250 worth of gaming materials to them - this was over 10 days ago. As of yet, I have not been paid. I have complained already (the quoted turnaround time is three days) and as of yet, no money. In fact, an item was returned as unsatisfactory (fair enough) but the packaging was so dire that the Royal Mail attached a sticker to the packaging apologising for the poor condition of the packing, citing CeX as the guilty party.
I am not happy. They have my stuff and my money. And even though I have complained, still nothing back. Not professional.
