Not directly. You have go to to a resort first and change buses. (*or* you can take the bus to POR/POFQ and take the boat, or to Saratoga Springs and then walk.)

you have to go to a hotel and then to downtown but you can go to animal kingdom lodge and then there

You can take a bus from AK to AK lodge or any other resort and then take a bus from there to Downtown Disney. As far as I know, you can only get there from a resort or the TTC.

There are no buses from the parks to DTD only from the resorts. You could go from AK to AKL and then switch for the DTD bus.
