AKV 2 bedroom question

I am in the middle of booking AKV for next May (day by day even though MS told me I probably didn't need to). I am booking a 2BR Sav view, and when I checked online I realized that my ressie said it was a lock-off. I called back in to ask, and I was told that is all they are showing to book for now. Does anyone know if they will be having dedicated 2BR at Jambo house opening soon, or will there be some at Kidani village? I know Kidani won't be open for our 2008 trip, but for future trips I am interested to know. I was surprised when she said they didn't have any in Jambo house, as I know all of Jambo is supposed to be open by May 2008. Any info would be appreciated--I was really hoping for a dedicated room, but we'll take AKV any way we can get it!

There are to be no dedicated 2 bedrooms in the Jambo House (AKL Lodge) only lock-offs. Sorry. There will be a significant number in the new building. HTH

134 villas in Lodge (Jambo House)
46 Dedicated Studios
82 2 Bedroom Lock-offs
6 Grand Villas - 1 story

324 Villas in the New AKV building (Kidani Village)
140 2 bedroom - Dedicated
168 2 Bedroom - Lock-off
16 Grand Villas - 2 story

I don't think any will be at Jambo - there will definitely be some at Kidani.

I now remember reading something along those lines. No problem--we're just excited to be staying at AKV. However, I am wondering--will the 2 BR at Jambo house have that extra chair bed thing where we can have 9 in the room, or are those just for Kidani? Just wondering--we are only planning to have 8, but I thought it might be handy.

Yes, except in the 'value rooms' they are smaller and will have the 4/4/8 occ. maximums with no extra sleeping chair.

Jambo will not have the extra bathroom - but will have the extra chair.

Mostly yes on the chair beds. Only the "value" category 1BR and 2BR (which, really, since they're lock offs are the same thing....) will NOT have the chair.

All other 1BR and 2BR, in both Kidani and Jambo, will have the pull out chair.
