Finally got through on the phone - 2 hours waiting.

Upgraded (2) FL resident 3-day passes valid from tomorrow to the Sorcerer pass. No ability to do the payment plan, but the whole ordeal lasted maybe 5 minutes. No escalation or any of that.

Logged in at 6am. Virtual cue at 7:05. Still only half way filled on the blue bars so I called the 7679 number. Wait less than 5 min and made the purchase. Virtual cue still has not progressed

Got through again but now the cm for ticketing is telling me I cant upgrade through them and need to go through a longer wait line

I've called 126 times with no luck getting through. Could be worse - at least I'm not dialing a rotary phone.

This is why I am not letting go of my AP. Even though I live out of state and only visit once or twice a year, I will continue to renew it because of all this trouble to buy one.

Upgraded my 7 day park hopper to an AP at the International Gateway about 20 minutes ago with no wait. (out of state Incredi-pass) The castmember just laughed when I asked if any passes were sold out)
