Hi, I know all about the Atkins diet, etc, and they all seem so extreme. Has anyone lost by just cutting back on the amount of carbs they eat, but not cutting them out so much or all together?? I definitely think I'm a carb addict, and I could give up bread, cereal, etc. but I still like to have other things that have carbs in them, such as a little milk or a yogurt, etc. Right now, I eat a lot of carbs, lots of breads and cereal, potatoes, etc. so I'm wondering if I cut those things out, if it would help at all, or do I have to really be strict to a program such as Atkins? Thanks for any advice- BTW, I love this board!!
