Anyone have feedback on Nachi Cocum in Cozumel?

We are thinking of spending the day at Nachi Cocum when we are in Cozumel. It is my DW and I and our 3 yo DD. It appears to be an all inclusive facility....what does that include, what does it cost.....what have people thought about it?
