AoA Refurb?

I have seen a few mentions that AoA, specifically the LM rooms, will be getting a Refurb sometime this year. Part of it will include the addition of coffee makers in the LM rooms. Is there any truth to this? If so has there been any confirmation on the timeline or what it will involve?
