It is not listed as a benefit of AP on the website, only discount on multi-day theme park tickets.

When we were there in 2018 for Thanksgiving they were offering a buy 1 day get 1 free for VB. In my mind I think it may have been an AP special but it could have been for everyone, not positive.

Same here. Was told no AP discounts on VB tickets, cabanas, or premium seating.
