Are Rose and Crown Fireworks packages easy or hard to get at 60 days + 6?

I was booking for July 4th, so I’m assuming that may have been more popular, but it was hard to get. We had to do Spice Road Table instead

We book for two and there is rarely availability at 60+8. We usually wind up booking for three. We typically go during F & W in Oct. It is a bit easier in early Feb. So, time of year is a factor. Also, they often do not release this package at the 60 day mark so, you have to watch obsessively for the ADRs to open. Quite honestly it's very frustrating.
