Are there characters ar DTD?

I have never seen any characters at DTD.

No characters. Just stores and restaurants. there are cute picture spots with some statues and displays.

Not usually, but there are exceptions. Santa may appear near Christmas. Jack and Sally from NBC are making a short appearance there next weekend, I believe.

Phineas and Ferb were also there earlier this summer. Just check with the DTD website before you leave. You never know who you may find!

Characters appear for special events - Agent P appeared a year or so ago, Hip hop mickey appeared at D Street within the last month, Stepsisters have appeared at the BBB - but outside of those very rare occurrences I wouldn't count on any during your trip.

Santa Goofy is the only regular character who starts making appearances on Christmas day through New years.
