Atlantis in the Bahamas

Can you get over to Atlantis and use their beach and pools? Do you recommend taking a boat or a cab over there? Is there anyplace to find a list of excursions available in the Bahamas that I can look at prior to cruising?

We booked a room at the comfort suites. It was $199. We took a cab right from the ship to the comfort suites. It was about 9:30am ... of course we didn't need the room... they gave us passes to atlantis... we had a great day and never even saw our room. This is a good plan.

Yes - you can use their beach and pools IF you book a dayroom there or at the Comfort Suites. You are not allowed on them without a room.

You can do the dig for $25 per person ($20 for kids) without renting a room. (The dig is the aquarium.) I prefer the cab. $4 per person and takes about 10 minutes.
