Autographs?

Hey ya'll, ok I am in a serious fan mode! lol I am new to sending/reciving/collecting autographs so I just wanted to see if any of you know what Justin Bieber's fan address is, and success stories with that address! I am really hoping to get one back, so here are a few questions, and if I can get responses, that would be amazing!
1: What address?
2: When you sent it, and when you got it back?
3: Did you include a picture?
4: Does he personalize?
5: Are they authentic?
6: Do they get sent back better with a certain type of envelope?
7: Do you need to include stamps(in order for it to get sent back, or will they just do a return to sender?)
8: How many will he autograph(I was hoping to send one for me and then send one for my best friend and get them personalized.)
