" Average " crowd sizes

Sorry if this is in the wrong place I was wondering we have been to Disney before in early April and then over Christmas - however next year we are planning to go Last week of May for 3 weeks?

Just wondered if its going to be busy busy busy or not too bad?

Also I see some people have mentioned about the Pirates and Princesses party? What time of year is this?
