Barney barked for his biscuit?

I have a random question about a prop in Toy Story Mania. Does anyone know if the book that says "Barney barked for his biscuit" is from a real story book? It's located near where you get on the ride. My kids always like it and I think it would be fun to get whatever book it is from.

My guess is one of the Little Golden books, but I haven't been able to figure it out.
