BBB Cancellation

I have my daughter an appointment at BBB on 2/25/2020 at 3:40, but would really prefer one much earlier. I keep checking the app for openings, but do you think I have a better chance if I call BBB? Or is there a cancellation thread? Or a BBB reservation finder service? Thanks!!
