Go to Sam's Club (I don't know of anyone else that carries it) and get a Sadler's smoked brisket. Wrap in foil and Heat in barbeque sauce slowly for about 2 hours. See package, but I like to lower the heat a little and cook it a little longer. People start grabbing this as it is unwrapped.
I used to marinate a fresh brisket in barbque sauce overnight (sticking holes in brisket so sauce can permeate) sear it on the grill and then wrap in foil and cook very slowly for 6 hours. I honestly think the Sadler's is better and certainly much easier.
