best shows in Orlando

Which places would you recommend?

Blue Man Group. All ages LOVE it. We have been twice. It is located in Universal City Walk which makes for a nice evening before/after the show to have dinner and walk around.

I hear Cirque du Soleil is awesome but we haven't made it there yet. It is in Down Town Disney.

Outta Control Dinner Show was fun and entertaining. Salad, pizza, wine beer soda and I forgot what dessert was. Coupons can be found for this too.

+1

Dessert was vanilla cake with white icing, and they also had popcorn to start off the night.

Tony Brent (the one-man entertainer) is fantastic. He's part magic, part comedy, and he really draws the audience in as part of the show.

La Nouba at DTD was phenomenal! Can't wait to go see it again.

I have been twice just a couple rows behind the Poncho seats. I don't think the poncho seats are that big of a deal. In fact, I don't think there are any bad seats there.

I also vote for Cirque Du Soleil and Blue Man group. But I disagree with poncho seats being good seats. not only do you get splashed with liquids and food the seats are right up on the stage and you don't have as good of a view as the seats about middle ways back in the theater. I would look at the seating chart and pick seats about 10 rows back from the stage.

At Cirque I would suggest you get either category 2 or cat 3 seats and not 1. Same scenario. Seats are way too close to the stage and you will be looking up for the whole show craning your neck.

I have seen both shows several times and highly recommend them both.

If you join Club Cirque (free to join) you can usually get a good sale price on La Nouba tickets for around $55 for cat 2 or $50 for cat 3 seats.

I think we got a discount on our Blue Man group tickets through Travel Zoo. you also have to join that but it is also free to join. I think we paid around $55 for the tickets.
