BOG… Do you need an ADR for lunch realistically speaking?

No kids on this trip, but I would like to bring my mom for lunch as we have never been. Do you need in ADR… And if not is the wait as crazy as I'm thinking? I'm in a wheelchair, so I try to avoid huge crowds for meals generally shooting for late lunches or early dinners. If I use my Disney experience would I be better off with a early lunch say 11 AM or later say 2 PM?

Yes you need an ADR. And it's going to be busy no matter when you go but it probably won't be as crazy by 2:00.
