BOG - will you have to use up a Fast Pass for this now?

I was hoping for a breakfast announcement, but I guess we'll have to wait and see! I saw a breakfast menu posted online for BOG, so hopefully that means it's coming soon

I admit that I didn't go back and re-read the article before posting this question....does this mean that lunch will now be considered a table service or will it still be a counter service option?
