For any who are interested, Peggy Gentry sent me these:
Quinoa
=====
20 servings (2 servings)
1/2 quart Water (1 cup)
1/3 pound Dried Quinoa (1/2 cup)
1/3 pound Butter (1 Tbls + a smidge)
1/3 pound Brown Sugar (1 Tbls)
Heat water, add butter, sugar and dry quinoa. Cook until quinoa is tender. Serve hot.
Quinoa Toasted Topping

1 pound Quinoa
2 pints Water
1 cup Brown Sugar
Salt to taste
Boil the quinoa in water for 6 to 7 minutes. Drain through a strainer. Then deep-fry the quinoa until golden brown. Add brown sugar and salt to taste.
Enjoy.
