I saw that same contract and though "what the heck"!!?? Price had dropped to $150/point (whopping $1/under direct). Contract is also no longer listed on their website.
Side note - I just passed ROFR on a nearly identical contract (30 SSR, 18 and 19 points) for $100/point.
