booking for January 2018

Want to book for Jan. 2018. but can't seem to do so thru Disney site. When do they finally open up booking for January? Is there a problem?

You can call and schedule room only now and upgrade to a package when tickets roll out. It should be toward the end of this month (or so I've heard).

Rumor has it that 2018 rooms and prices will be loaded June 22, but yes, you can call and make a reservation by phone now. If prices go up your reservation will be adjusted.
