What is the difference between the 2 bedroom lock off versus dedicated unit, other than the lock off has 2 entrances? Do they both have the pull down bed in the 2nd bedroom? Is there a studio kitchen and regular kitchen in both or just the lock off? Hard to determine based on my searchs online. Trying to determine the best configuration for a family with 3 young kids plus an adult couple (7 people total).

In the lockoff, the 2nd bedroom is actually a studio and has a bed, a pullout sofa, and a pull down bed, plus the kitchenette. In a dedicated unit, the 2nd bedroom is actually a bedroom and will have 2 actual beds instead of a bed and a pull out sofa and it does not have the pull down bed. The living area does have a pullout sofa, though. There is no kitchenette, either, just the regular kitchen. And just one entrance to the unit. Hope this helps!

Yes, Thank you so much. That clears up my confusion!

In a lock-off the second bedroom has a separate heating and air system with it's own controls.

Also, less closet space in the lock-off second bedroom since there is an entry area.

Is lockoff vs dedicated for two bedrooms at Wilderness Lodge a booking category, by chance?

yes, as in all DVC units except BWV and AK-J they only have lock-off 2 BR units.
