That you saw the rate on David's does not mean you will actually be able to get it. An owner at BWV can reserve starting at 8 a.m. eastern, 11 months out from date of arrival. The standard view studios often book full within about 1 second after 8 a.m., 11 months out, and often even shorter for Nov time, a high demand period. They are among the most difficult DVC rooms to get. If you opt for the more costly standard 1BR, you will have a much higher chance of getting that much larger and more comfortable room.
As to what you get, the the room is just under 360 sq ft (same as other studios at BWV), has a queen and pull-out couch double, a Murphy bed from the the cabinet beneath the TV, and a little kitchenette area with a small frig, sink, and microwave. There is one closet for clothes and one tall plastic dresser. The views are either parking lot or tennis court. In reality the views are actually OK because the parking lot is in the distance and the higher floor rooms in the area where the tennis courts are can see Studios. Rooms near the lobby can have a noise issue because they are near the front entrance where there is loading of racks during the day. Requesting higher floor and away from the lobby will avoid any noise issues if requests are met (none are guaranteed). The resort store has more like what things you would find in a 7/11 than a grocery store and even those things are limited, and, as with all Disney stores, what it has is overpriced. There is actually a Speedway store outside of the resort, but within walking distance, that offers more and is better priced.
BWV has an ideal location. You can walk to both Epcot and Studios (or take a boat), buses elsewhere. You also have easy access to the Beach Club and Yacht Club Resorts and Swan Dolphin.
