got Call Of Duty Cold War recently and want to play campaign mode but it just says Not Installed under the option and it’s got a padlock next to the word CAMPAIGN does anyone have any idea of how to fix it? I only have the option to play MULTIPLAYER.

What platform ar eyou playing on? PC? Sometimes on Steam you have to install the single player and multiplayer seperately (at least for some of the older COD games). COD heavily ofcuses on multiplayer now - you might need to play a little to get teh CAmpaign part to open.

It hasn't finished downloading/installing off the disk. Give it time.
