We will be going to the candlelight processional with someone in a wheel chair... (we purched the dinner package) Will the guest in the wheelchair have to sit in a seperate section from the rest of us? (unless we all choose to sit with him) does anyone know where the wheelchair locations are? Any other information or suggestions about this would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks!

There are a few w/c seating areas. Since you have a dinner package you will be able to find space in the area closest to the stage which is right behind the first seating section. They have spaces for a w/c then right next to them will be benches for family/friends who are accompanying that guest. If he can transfer, they will ask him to do so to save space for those guests who can't. For those who arrive later there is also seating in the back by the metal benches. I'm glad you have the dinner package- there is no priority waiting area or priority entrance for guests travelling in a w/c and sometimes the lines can be really long with some people perhaps not getting entrance into the theater.---Kathy

Thanks so much! So he would be able to enter with the rest of us? If we are aloud to wheel him right over to where we are going to be sitting and just get him up and get him to sit in one of the seats we'd be able to transfer him. I just have visions of mobs of people coming in and taking up the seats and were trying to get him situated.

There are CM's at the entrance to direct "traffic" so to speak and will direct your group to the w/c seating area while not allowing others to take those spaces, which are also clearly marked. It can get hectic but it's usually fairly orderly and there will be enough CM's around w/in the theater itself to help you get situated. You may want to sit toward the right side as you face the theater stage as it's wonderful to watch the sign language interpreter and they are stationed in that area onstage. Of course if there are guests with hearing impairments, they will be in that seating area but usually there's plenty of space leftover.---Kathy
