Cape May Dinner Question

My husband is an eat and go to bed type of guy. He can't walk around on a full stomach. We have a late dinner ressie at Cape May, 855. I am worried being so close to closing the offerings on the buffet will be less than fresh and slimmer.

Cape May is one I am really looking forward to and I would really like to enjoy it for all it has....should I try to change to earlier?

We've had later ADRs at several buffets, including Cape May, and have never run into slim pickings and tired food. Disney does a good job of providing fresh food before closing, in my experience.

We also prefer to eat later instead of walking around stuffed to the gills!
