Cash & Points Linked - Re-check in?

We will be arriving on Saturday, November 12th, and I was finally able to book our 2 BR at OKW with a DVC Discount. We have a points reservation beginning 11/13.

The reservations are linked. Will I have to go to the front desk on Sunday morning and check back in? I thought I would have to do that, but the CM today said I wouldn't.

Can someone help me?

The Cast Member was correct.

We've had many cash/points stays and have never needed to go back to the front desk to check-in again. So long as the Cash night was reserved through DVC Member Services and your one night was.

1) If linked, give credit card at check-in.
2) Pay any cash requird at that time.
3) No need to check-in again.
