When my family went to Disneyland I had the chance to stay at Castle Inn And Suites and I thought it would be cool from the outside but when Mom and I finally stayed at Castle Inn And Suites we thought it was very unappealing and wasn't that great but the beds were comfortable and nice to sleep in but I found it shocking that Castle Inn did not give wake-up calls because we were supposed to recieve one before we went home but we didn't. I'm surprised that it's still in business and since I had always wanted to stay there but we had no choice since Disneyland Hotel was sold out. Has Castle Inn And Suites improved itself and how has the service changed? I'm just curious to know?
