Changing password

Sorry probably a rookie question.
I thought I heard that my Disney password needs to be the same for the DVC site, MDE app, Disney +, etc so ever works together
Does that mean if I change my password on the DVC site I have to change all the other sites and app to the same password?

They all use the same log in process, so if you change your password it will apply to all of them automatically.

This is why I used a new account for Disney+, because I don't want that password (shared with family) to allow the kids to access our DVC account...
