Character breakfast to see Mickey and crew?

Which restaurant in the park should we pick for our character breakfast to meet Mickey, Goofy, Donald, etc? I've only looked at Tusker House and Garden Grill and leaning towards Tusker House. Are there any other locations in the parks that have these characters?

You could also do H&V lunch or dinner, but TH is our favorite.

Tusker House is great but lacks Minnie.
Garden Grill is also great but just has Mickey and Pluto + Chip & Dale
Hollywood and Vine at lunch has the more traditional characters, I've never minded it but others seem to really hate it.

For who you want to see, Tusker House seems the best option plus it's awesome. Mickey and Minnie also meet in their adventurers gear in AK, plus Mickey in Town Hall in MK, and of course the character spot in EPCOT plus, you can sometimes find Daisy at the entrance of EPCOT.

We love TH, but if you want EVVVVERYONE.....then Chef Mickey's will give you that. Even Pluto!

DWillowBay is correct the best place to get the Fab 5 is Chef Mickey's but be prepared for the food. Its not as bas as some have related if you think of it as a Golden Corral with characters you will be fine. Now if you want to see characters a lot you go to Garden Grill you will see the 4 there between 2 and 3 times while your eating and Tusker House has the Safari dressed characters and some really good food.
