I am a long-time Disboards member with up to 375 Beach Club Villas points to rent:
314 points available for reservations beginning after Feb. 1, 2020;
of these, 270 can be transferred (February 2020 Use Year), must take all and prepay by check.
These are Beach Club Villa points, I can book BCV at 7-11 months from today's date depending on availability. Other resorts can be booked for reservations beginning Feb. 1 thru mid July.
Payment is by check, half due within 10 days of booking, balance due 60 days before reservation. I can accept Paypal F&F, rate is $18 per point.

I have been renting points for years. Have lost hard drive and lost emails, but can provide at least three recent references!
