Closed: Points for rent: 105 total BCV (to be used before April 1, 2022) - $16 pp

I have 105 points @ $16/pp. These need to be used for reservations between today and March 31, 2022. I have availability to some additional points if needed to make a full reservation.

Please provide the following information with your request:

• Resort preference(s)
• Room Size (studio, one bedroom villa, etc)
• check-in / check-out date
• Number of adults and children in your party

I will provide a contract for us to sign. 50% non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of your receipt of the electronic resort confirmation number. Balance due 60 days prior to start of reservation.

If the reservation starts less than 35 days from ‘now’, payment in full is required prior to making the reservation. (This is because of Disney's restrictive holding account policy for late cancellations). If the accommodations are no longer available after payment has been made, I will refund the full payment promptly.

Payment can be made with PayPal, Venmo or Apple pay.

Saratoga has availability, but you'd have to end up changing rooms once (Deluxe Studio standard room for 12/25 - 12/28) and (Deluxe Studio preferred for 12/28 - 12/30). Sure thing: 12/25-12/28 is 67 points. 12/28-12/30 is 42 points (total of 109 points)

And to let you know, while I was looking, the first search showed a Studio preferred is now available for the whole time at 143 points. However, 2nd search the 12/28 - 12/30 dates got no hit at Saratoga. So availability is hit and miss it seems.

You'll need to get 10 posts up first - (and they only count if outside of this rent/trade forum)... so keep working on the test forums.
Disboards is very strict about the PM facility being the only way to initiate a direct connection for rent/trade. What I'll need when you are able to PM is:

First and Last names of all people staying in the room
age of any Children under 18
Your Address, Phone number, email

I'll then PM back and we can start the process.
