I have 96 points available for rent at $20 per point with full payment or $22 per point with 70% due after confirmation and 30% due 60 days before check-in. Here is the breakdown:

My home resort is the Villas at Grand Floridian. I can book there 11 months out, 7 months for all other resorts except for Riveria (my points are restricted). April Use Year
