I have rented all but 8 points of the original 174 listed. These 8 points can be transferred or they will be enough to rent a studio, one night, at several times of the year, at Animal Kingdom Lodge or Hilton Head.

If you want a transfer, 100% payment is due before I transfer. 50% is due at the time I confirm the reservation and the balance is due 90 days prior to check-in. I accept Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or personal check.

I will provide a DVC rental contract for both parties to execute. That protects both of us and it’s required by DVC.
