Did yours come through on your dashboard yet? Still nothing on ours so I'm getting unnecessarily worried when/if https://magicvacationtitle.com/ transmitted our contract over to DVC.

magic vacation title must have done something to p.o. someone off over there - this is the like the 3rd time I have read about one of their contracts being slow. someone at Disney is seeing their stuff come over and placing it in the "slow" pile....

No, still nothing! I emailed them yesterday and they replied saying ‘We simply do not have any control over their response time’ and said if I hadn’t heard by the 3rd week of April, to go back to them. I check everyday at this point!

My deeds were published 3/22 and 3/27 so I guess I need to stop looking until I see that yours (and others) have loaded. Mine is also w/ www.magicalvacationtitle.com.

I hate the wait for you, but looking on the OP's spreadsheet there are many that have taken 3-4 weeks to show up. Granted that was 2021/22 data. Not sure how that lines up with each specific title company to see if there is a trend.

Mine just showed up! Recorded 3/20 and appearing on my list under Manage Vacation Points. All zeroed out, as to be expected, but it's finally there. Phew!

Call MS and have them load the points. I'd probably give it a day, but if you have the time/patience today can't hurt.

This was my first contract as an existing member so I wasn't sure what to expect lol. I'm in no rush for the points so I am going to see how long Disney takes on their own. I'll post when they show up

Overall a positive experience. Next time I will probably request the closing documents to be overnighted if the wait for the online Notary is more 5 or 6 days. Also as an existing member I did get a Welcome Home (resale purchase explanation) email on 4/2/2024.

Good experience w/both companies at the end of the day. I'd like to see a little more transparency and efficiency in the process, but I believe the seller drug their feet on this one. Can't really complain about the timelines. I've seen some faster, many slower. Two more resale contracts working their way through the process.

ROFR only took 13 days which is great. Receiving our closing docs took 12 days. Yep, M V T took nearly as long to send out our docs as it did for ROFR to process/pass. I was told M V T had let several processors go the week before and ours was out of the office at some point during that time. So some contracts' docs at that title company were taking 2-3 days while ours took 12. Not the end of the world (despite my claims otherwise during the process, jk), but communication was weak from M V T.

Post mortem, I would definitely use Andy Berry again at DVCRM but wouldn't give my money to M V T again.

I would’ve lost my mind waiting for those closing docs. That is brutal.

Oh I did. LOL. I was Mr Impatient. Especially watching other Buyers with the same title co getting theirs in 2-3 days. https://magicvacationtitle.com/ even promised I'd have them by COB on the 11th day and still missed it. Can't rush slow work!

They gave a small credit off the cost but were still more than most others. Never again would I make that mistake.
