I closed on a contract the same day as you 6/30 at Saratoga springs. I’ll post when the contract shows up on my account.

So happy to see your contract FINALLY officially passed ROFR! I was following your posts in the ROFR thread and I felt for you. I thought my contract w/ the slow as molasses sellers was bad, but I would lose my mind if I was in your shoes! Congrats and you finally made it!

Thanks! I am very happy. The agent said the sellers would get closing docs back early this week, so I am really hoping we will close soon and start the second Disney wait. Hopefully the contract will be added quickly. Might be an unfortunate benefit of passing while nothing else seems to be moving with ROFR.

We closed 2 weeks ago. I think the average time is 2-3 weeks for Disney to send out the email. is 2 weeks!!

Not sure if any one else saw this but heads up if you are waiting. I currently have 3 in various spots on the closing timeline.

So, we're impatiently waiting on the seller to return their closing documents. Final day is 7/28. I looked up the sellers name on the OCC website and according to that, they do not own TS: Disney, however they do own with another vacation club. Is this something to worry about? Like is it a legit sale?
