That's good to know. The only other title company that does Aulani that I see occasionally is Hayes (we have previously verified that they have no website to include here). Cammy's new company also offers online notary services, which is a huge bonus for a Hawaii closing.

Yes. They won’t close without you taking title insurance.

Good question. I absolutely hate using First Am, but the options are few and far between. I'm not in the market currently, but should that change, I'd love to go back to using Cammy for EVERYTHING.

That’s good to know! I have read stories about other people using companies besides First American and part way through the transaction the title company shrugged their shoulders and basically told the buyer to contact First American to see if they could buy title insurance separately!

Yes, it’s because the Member Accounting department will be very busy preparing and sending out the 2024 dues statements and bills after the budgets are officially approved this coming Thursday (12/7) at the annual meeting.
