I honestly don’t know. It’s possible the ROFR CM wears a Member Accounting hat during the busy time.

Well, if it were me, I don’t think I’d be able to stop checking, I’d just try very, very hard to keep from being disappointed when it didn’t show yet.

I just passed ROFR today (12/6) on a contract sent 11/21. There are a couple others in the ROFR thread that have passed this week as well. So the CM in charge of ROFR seems to be not part of the shutdown.

I actually called yesterday and was told the same thing
I had good luck trying chat on my last resale, so tried that today. It's all about the luck of the draw with the CM I guess.

Right now, many CMs are working on getting the dues statements loaded. My guess is the CMs that handle the point loading after MA has sent it to MS may be doing that and why getting via chat is a lot less likely this week
