Coronado Springs Toledo Restaurant Booking Issues

We are traveling to Poly on the last day of July and went to get reservations yesterday morning at 545AM. We were able to secure Ohana, California Grill, and Beaches and Cream. Unfortunately we were unable to get any reservations at Toledo. There was availability before our trip, but not after July 30th moving forward.
Anyone got any rumors or info on what might be going on. I am assuming they are either renovating or maybe a convention booked the entire restaurant, because we were on first thing 60+ days out and got nothing.

fyi they aren’t open on Mondays or Tuesdays so

Sure! I know because I had the same issue. I ended up going to dinner there very late after one of the park days which was not ideal, but I really didn't want to miss it.
