Whats the latest anyone has gotten your cruise documents? The reason I ask is that we will be leaving for Florida a week and a half before our cruise date to visit friends. What do you do if they dont arrive before you leave?

Let DCL or your TA know of your early departure date. If necessary you can arrange for pier pick-up of your documents, but most likely you will have them 2-5 weeks in advance of sailing.
