Hi!
We will be cruising on the Magic leaving the 18th (can't wait!!) I have two questions I was hoping someone could answer for me. I have planned the Stingray Excursion in Grand Cayman with Capt. Marvins. Will we be able to bring towels off of the ship with us? Or do I need to bring our own?
Also, is there any way to get cash on board (ATM machine?)
Thanks!

BananaButton, we'll be sailing with you and also doing a Capt. Marv's snorkeling excursion! I've never been on a DCL cruise but I've asked these questions and I'll tell you what I've learned. You can take ship towels off with you for excursions. They should be stacked close to the exit as you get off the ship. Also, I've been told that we can cash personal checks up to $100 onboard. See ya soon! Linda

Yes, the have bins of towels set up outside the ship for shore excursions. They just ask that you return them to the ship. One thing I noticed is that the DCL towels are much smaller than other cruise lines towels. I think they should take a hint from Carnival and hand out full size towels for the shore excursions. The DCL towels are very absorbent, but very small and do not fit around most normal sized people.
