Debating Royal vs ncl

There a huge difference in costs just not sure what's the big deal

EMPRESS OF THE SEAS Is the ship on royal.

We have booked with Royal. Empress is an older, smaller ship. NCL has the all-inclusive drink plan i think. We were unable to book a balcony on Royal because the ship has fewer. Still, for the price difference, I think we will see the same Cuba. And our itinerary goes to Key West, one of my favorite places.

Which line is more expensive? I had originally guessed RCCL but given the post about, maybe not? Personally, if the prices were equal I'd definitely book Norwegian Sky over Empress of the Seas.

I found NCL to be considerably more expensive.

Do they each only go to Havana? Or does one go other places? Fathom went to 3 ports which gave us different views of the country in each place. Honestly as much as I want to go back, I could never do just Havana.
